BLISSFUL Harmony is what we are all about

  • BLISS is our new venture of inclusive preschooling. Which stems from the thought that every child whether neurodiverse or neurotypical with varying learning curves and concept-grasping capabilities has different needs on an academic and behavioural scale.
  • As a result, neurodiverse kids face exclusion from preschools or the schools are reluctant to give them admission which is frustrating for both kids and parents. We as a responsible society do not wish for exclusion. Hence, BLISS (Butterfly Learnings inclusive schooling system) is here to bridge the gap between neurodiversity and schooling.
  • BLISS is where neurodiverse and neurotypical kids learn and grow under the same roof but at the same time, different curriculum/teaching method is employed for every child. Here at BLISS, the feeling of exclusion and alienation is an unknown concept.

How is inclusive schooling distinct in a bunch of ways?

  • Firstly, we do not pre-select students based on their IQ thus giving all kids equal footing and opportunities.
  • Secondly, we design different curricula (Special needs curriculum and Montessori method) for each kid based on their needs and capabilities also known as Individualized educational plans (IEP). Trained behavioural therapists are teachers with a minimal teacher-to-student ratio of 1:8 for individualised attention and care for each kid.
  • Finally, and most importantly most parents are concerned about their kid's future. What will he/she do? Will they ever be independent? What career should they pursue? All these problems will be taken care of through our comprehensive inclusive schooling system.

How we decide what is best for our kid?

  • Through our detailed assessment which is done with parents and kids. It is a 4 part comprehensive assessment done by a trained psychologist. Subsequently, after the tests, classes and curriculum are assigned according to their final VSMS scores. DISHA curriculum and Montessori methods are specially curated and employed for teaching.
  • Our primary goal is to enable kids to become self-sufficient and help them enter mainstream education. Paving the way till 18 years of age to make them future-ready and independent.
